Russell Brand has revealed he’s going to play himself in the film version of his autobiography.
My Booky Wook, which covers the first 30 years of the comedian’s life, has been optioned for the big screen and is expected to start shooting late this year - and speaking on LBC radio recently, he said: “But who will play Russell as a kid? Me, in loads of make-up, looking really awful.”
When asked if Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe could do the job, he replied: “I’d love to do a film with Daniel. Perhaps I’ll write someone else’s life so Daniel Radcliffe can be in that.”
